| Introduction |
|
Charter management program gives opportunity to
become an owner of a yacht with option of return
on your investment within the period of 5-7 years.
Charter management enables to cover the overhead
expenses of the yacht costs (berth in marina, insurance,
maintenance etc.) with chartering of the yacht.
The basic idea of the yacht management program is
to offer to you the possibility to buy a new yacht
subject to the smallest possible investment. Purchase
participation is 30 %, assurance for boat is mortgage
on the boat. We offer several types of boats on
leasing during 5 to 7 years with 4-6 % interest.
The accompanying problems, such as additional equipment
purchase, transportation, preparation, launching,
and maintenance the related costs, you may leave
to us.

| Financing Opportunities |
| Besides cash payment, we offer a very
favorable and simple financing model. The yacht of
your choice requires only a minimum 38% down payment.
Additional guarantees, mortgages, guarantors, solvency
and similar are no more required. Regardless of whether
you are buying the yacht as an individual or as a
legal entity, the yacht will be registered in the
Croatian Register of Boats in the name of our company
till the final payment. After the payment period,
which can be up to five years, the yacht will legally
become your property, subject to no additional costs
and charges except the value added tax to the yacht-value
remained after five years of her commercial charter.
If you purchase the yacht as a legal entity, you may
reclaim this against your VAT liabilities; if you
purchase her as an individual, the VAT paid is unrecoverable. |

| Charter managment
calculation |
|
Value of all charter agreements made (calculation
by weeks for each yacht model is stated in the table
of incomes) is split: 70% to you and 30% to us.
From your income, you cover all yacht's costs (stated
in the table of costs), whereas we from our incomes
cover marketing, booking, charter base and operation
costs. If you have procured your yacht through our
financing scheme, your installments (table of financing)
will be decreased by the incomes made.
YACHT CHARTER CROATIA IS OBLIGED TO COVER NEXT EXPENSES:
- boat presentation and marketing costs - advertising
material for certain boat, presentation at nautical
fairs around Europe with the aim to win as many
clients as possible
- agents commission for booking (15-20% of total
price) without last minute offer (5-10%of total
price - only with owner permition)
- office work, direct contacts and other business
function
- boats servicing, intervention and repair by
qualified hand only
- expenses of working hours for necessary maintenance
and small repairs during charter period
- hull, engine and generator maintenance (regular
changing of the oil filter and zincs)
- boat underwater protection and cleaning of the
underwater part
- take care of boat cleaning
- in case of boat failure during charter repair
it on spot of failure or in case of larger difficulties
will pull the boat back to the base.

THE BOAT OWNER IS OBLIGED TO COVER NEXT EXPENSES:
- the insurance for the boat in the Croatian
territorial waters which covers all risks including
the insurance of the third parties.
- boat registration and navigation licenses
- procuration of all the documents necessary for
charter business - concession, temporary import,
cabotage
- annual mooring costs and place on land if he
decides to use one
- getting the boat ashore ( travel lift ), the
use of the cradle for dry mooring and hydraulic
boat carriage as well as putting the boat back
to sea
- replacement off all worn out parts or bad quality
materials of the boat equipment
- restauration or replacement of equipment, damaged
or ruined during the regular use
- interventions or other repairments caused by
worn out or by bad quality of originally installed
equipment
- material for protection of underwater part,
except for applying the final layer of antifouling
- hull and engine spare parts and the change of
grease (oil ), filters and transmission belts
- winter service and engine conservation and preparation
of the boat, engine and all other vital equipment,
polishing and general cleaning up
- installing of the equipment at the owner's demand

| All the works carried out on the boat
by home Marina and at YACHT CHARTER CROATIA demand
will be charged by the current pricelist of home Marina
and the works carried out by YACHT CHARTER CROATIA
service by it's current pricelist. The owner will
be consulted before any extra work is done.Together
with the settlement of accounts the boat owner will
be presented with all documents on materials used. |
With this kind of cooperation your
boat will be chartered 15-24 weeks (sailing yacht)
or 10-18 weeks (motor yacht) during the summer season,
which is quite enough to cover leasing year rate and
all your costs. With very simple calculation you can
find out that after 5 years you have got a boat which
worth at least double price which you had invested.

| Personal use of the
yacht |
Of course you have right to use a boat,
but by arrangement with us.
You may use your yachts any time when we do not charter
her. To enable your personal minimum enjoying the
yacht, you may also book the yacht for two weeks in
the high season or four weeks in low season our out
of the season.

| End of the managment
program |
| Following expiry of the five-year charter
management period, we shall continue chartering her
under the same conditions if this is your wish, perhaps
with a few weeks less of charter and a few weeks more
for your own enjoying her. However, you may decide
to keep her your yourself only. If you wish none of
the above, our department in charge of sales of second-hand
yachts will make its best to sell your yacht as soon
as possible and at the best price available. |

| You may use the above
table to calculate your six-month installments if
you decide to down-pay over 38%. Simply, from the
total boat price deduct the down-payment, and multiply
the rest with the factor stated in the table. The
result is your six-month installment. |

until BAVARIA YACHTBAU does not publish a new one.
If a 10% order pre-payment is made and the yacht builders
change the price, the above price list will remain
valid. |

rise or fall, as well, depending on the market supply
and demand, wherefore prices for every year may

| FINANCING OF YOUR YACHT WITHOUT OUR
CHARTER MANAGEMENT |
| Within our Yacht Charter Croatia, besides
financing through our charter management, we wish
to approach all of you how decided to buy a BAVARIA
cruiser, but without our charter management. We may
offer you the yacht of your choice for single or installment
payments with minimum 40% down payment. The rest may
be paid over three to five years, with 8% annual simple
interests. |

NOTE: Installments are calculated based
upon standard yacht equipment, free factory. The financing
scheme may also include additional equipment from
